Skills and experience:

    • Agile project experience

    • Experience gathering business requirements, documentation, analysis and validation

    • Experience in business stakeholder management skills

    • Good written and verbal communication skills

    • Experience in collaborating with project team members to ensure understanding of business requirements

The main responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

    • Hands on experience working in agile environment

    • Experience in gathering, defining requirements and the creation of all related documentation (user stories, tasks, and acceptance criteria using BDD format)

    • Knowledge of Agile principles (Lean principles, Kanban, Confluence, JIRA are an advantage)

    • Ability to communicate effectively and influence your team and business users

    • A good understanding of UX/ Design thinking is desirable

    • Business acumen and strong presentation skills.

    • Work with various departments to gather requirements

    • Actively participate in the discussions on deliverables, estimates and commitments and develop using latest technologies while following Agile SCRUM methodologies

    • Write and/or review functional and technical requirements specifications for the implementation
