Skills and experience:
- Agile project experience 
- Experience gathering business requirements, documentation, analysis and validation 
- Experience in business stakeholder management skills 
- Good written and verbal communication skills 
- Experience in collaborating with project team members to ensure understanding of business requirements 
The main responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Hands on experience working in agile environment 
- Experience in gathering, defining requirements and the creation of all related documentation (user stories, tasks, and acceptance criteria using BDD format) 
- Knowledge of Agile principles (Lean principles, Kanban, Confluence, JIRA are an advantage) 
- Ability to communicate effectively and influence your team and business users 
- A good understanding of UX/ Design thinking is desirable 
- Business acumen and strong presentation skills. 
- Work with various departments to gather requirements 
- Actively participate in the discussions on deliverables, estimates and commitments and develop using latest technologies while following Agile SCRUM methodologies 
- Write and/or review functional and technical requirements specifications for the implementation
