Business Analyst (Analytics)

SKILL LEVEL: Jr-Mid

We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Business Analyst to focus on leveraging data analytics and insights to drive business decisions. This role requires gathering and analyzing large datasets, identifying trends, and presenting actionable insights to stakeholders. The Business Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to support data-related projects and ensure data accuracy and integrity.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 2-4 years of experience in a Business Analyst role with a focus on data analysis.

• Proficient in data visualization and analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Excel, or SQL.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data interpretation.

• Ability to communicate complex data findings in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders.

• Experience with data modeling and data governance is an advantage.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Preferably with experience in an FMCG company.
