Business Analyst Procurement
The Business Analyst – Procurement is responsible for analyzing, documenting, and optimizing procurement and finance-related business processes, including procurement and disbursement. The role involves working closely with business and IT stakeholders to design current and future state (as-is / to-be) processes, support ERP implementations or upgrades, and drive process improvements through data, analytics, and performance reporting.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Strong background in Procurement and Finance processes (procurement, disbursement, financial planning)
Proven experience in crafting as-is and to-be business processes
Hands-on experience in process improvement and optimization initiatives
Actual project experience in ERP implementations, replacements, or upgrades (e.g., SAP replacement projects)
Experience with one or more of the following systems:
Ariba
SAP Procurement / SAP Grow
Microsoft Dynamics 365
Oracle Fusion
Oracle NetSuite
Experience in business process optimization projects, dashboards, analytics, and performance reporting
Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
Preferably tenured IT/technical resources with end-to-end project exposure
