Business Analyst Procurement

The Business Analyst – Procurement is responsible for analyzing, documenting, and optimizing procurement and finance-related business processes, including procurement and disbursement. The role involves working closely with business and IT stakeholders to design current and future state (as-is / to-be) processes, support ERP implementations or upgrades, and drive process improvements through data, analytics, and performance reporting.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Strong background in Procurement and Finance processes (procurement, disbursement, financial planning)

  • Proven experience in crafting as-is and to-be business processes

  • Hands-on experience in process improvement and optimization initiatives

  • Actual project experience in ERP implementations, replacements, or upgrades (e.g., SAP replacement projects)

  • Experience with one or more of the following systems:

    • Ariba

    • SAP Procurement / SAP Grow

    • Microsoft Dynamics 365

    • Oracle Fusion

    • Oracle NetSuite

  • Experience in business process optimization projects, dashboards, analytics, and performance reporting

  • Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills

  • Preferably tenured IT/technical resources with end-to-end project exposure
