Business Development Manager

SKILL LEVEL: Mid Jr-Mid Snr

The Business Development Manager’s primary responsibilities include prospecting, qualifying, selling and closing new business/net new customers. The BDM uses all resources to solve customer problems with appropriate 24/7 International’s products and services. As BDM, he/she will act as the first contact point for business executives across different industries. The BDM must have a strong background in solution selling, particularly in IT related services. This role is ideal for a highly motivated and strategic sales professional who excels in building relationships, navigating complex sales cycles, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in B2B sales, specifically in the ERP, SAP, or related IT software industry.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven success in business development or sales, with a focus on ERP solutions, SAP, or similar enterprise software products. Experience in selling to mid-market and large enterprise clients is highly desirable.

  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of the ERP landscape, specifically SAP solutions, and how they benefit various industries (manufacturing, retail, finance, etc.).

  • Sales Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to manage a full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.

  • Results-Oriented: Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.

  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with MS Office Suite and CRM software is a plus

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, Marketing, Communication or a related field.

  • Relevant certifications (e.g., SAP certifications) are a plus.

  • Travel: Willingness to travel for client meetings and events as required.

  • Must be self-motivated and self-driven. A team player and competitive by nature with a strong analytical mindset with attention to detail

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify potential clients in various industries who would benefit from ERP SAP solutions and services. Utilize a combination of market research, networking, referrals, and outbound sales techniques to generate new business opportunities.

  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to target new clients, ensuring alignment with company goals and growth targets. Develop effective account plans.

  • Sales Presentations & Demos: Deliver compelling presentations and product demos to prospective clients, showcasing the value of our IT Services and ERP solutions tailored to their business needs.

  • Negotiation & Closing: Lead the negotiation process and close deals, ensuring that contracts are signed, and clients are onboarded smoothly. Achieve/exceed sales quotas.

  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target accounts to foster long-term business partnerships. Understand each customer’s technological

    footprint, growth plans and competitive landscape

  • Market Research & Analysis: Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and refine sales strategies.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure client requirements are understood and met effectively.

  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and pipeline in CRM systems. Provide regular sales forecasts and progress updates to management.
