BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE
Overview:
The Business Development Associate’s primary responsibilities include prospecting, qualifying, selling and closing new business/net new customers. The Business Development Associate uses all resources to solve customer problems with appropriate 24/7 International’s products and services. As Business Development Associate, he/she will act as the first contact point for business executives across different industries. The Business Development Associate must have a strong background in solution selling.
Responsibilities:
Achieve/exceed sales quota
Look for relevant business opportunities through own contact network
Provide weekly account updates and reports
Manage a wide portfolio of opportunities
Proposal and quotation creation
Execution of high-level company and product presentations
Understand and execute proper software licensing
Develop effective account plans
Establish strong customer relationship
Understand each customer’s technology footprint, growth plans and competitive landscape
Demand Generation, Pipeline and Opportunity Management
Qualifications:
· 3-4 years relevant work experience, strong background in solution selling
· Bachelor’s degree in any of the following: Business Administration, Marketing, Communication or similar
· A hunter mentality
· Deep understanding and experience in ERP systems and relevant applications
· Must be self-motivated and self-driven
· Team player and competitive by nature
· With a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail
