BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE
Overview:
The Business Development Associate’s primary responsibilities include prospecting, qualifying, selling and closing new business/net new customers. The Business Development Associate uses all resources to solve customer problems with appropriate 24/7 International’s products and services. As Business Development Associate, he/she will act as the first contact point for business executives across different industries. The Business Development Associate must have a strong background in solution selling.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve/exceed sales quota 
- Look for relevant business opportunities through own contact network 
- Provide weekly account updates and reports 
- Manage a wide portfolio of opportunities 
- Proposal and quotation creation 
- Execution of high-level company and product presentations 
- Understand and execute proper software licensing 
- Develop effective account plans 
- Establish strong customer relationship 
- Understand each customer’s technology footprint, growth plans and competitive landscape 
- Demand Generation, Pipeline and Opportunity Management 
Qualifications:
- · 3-4 years relevant work experience, strong background in solution selling - · Bachelor’s degree in any of the following: Business Administration, Marketing, Communication or similar - · A hunter mentality - · Deep understanding and experience in ERP systems and relevant applications - · Must be self-motivated and self-driven - · Team player and competitive by nature - · With a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail
