BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE

Overview:

The Business Development Associate’s primary responsibilities include prospecting, qualifying, selling and closing new business/net new customers.  The Business Development Associate uses all resources to solve customer problems with appropriate 24/7 International’s products and services.  As Business Development Associate, he/she will act as the first contact point for business executives across different industries.  The Business Development Associate must have a strong background in solution selling.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve/exceed sales quota

  • Look for relevant business opportunities through own contact network

  • Provide weekly account updates and reports

  • Manage a wide portfolio of opportunities

  • Proposal and quotation creation

  • Execution of high-level company and product presentations

  • Understand and execute proper software licensing

  • Develop effective account plans

  • Establish strong customer relationship

  • Understand each customer’s technology footprint, growth plans and competitive landscape

  • Demand Generation, Pipeline and Opportunity Management

Qualifications:

  • ·       3-4 years relevant work experience, strong background in solution selling

    ·       Bachelor’s degree in any of the following: Business Administration, Marketing, Communication or similar

    ·       A hunter mentality

    ·       Deep understanding and experience in ERP systems and relevant applications

    ·       Must be self-motivated and self-driven

    ·       Team player and competitive by nature

    ·       With a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail
