CHANGE MANAGEMENT MANAGER
Scope:
Change Management Manager to oversee and manage change processes related to the migration of in-scope Applications, ensuring minimal disruption and effective communication across stakeholders.
Define and implement the change management strategy aligned with the overall migration journey.
Coordinate with the Resident Architect and Engagement Manager to assess technical and program change impacts.
Facilitate the Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and approvals for changes during the migration.
Provide communication and training support related to upcoming changes.
Qualifications:
Solid experience in change management within large-scale IT or cloud migration projects
Strong ability to develop and implement change management strategies to support smooth transitions
Skilled in stakeholder communication, training delivery, and impact assessment
Experience facilitating Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and managing approvals
Proven collaboration with technical and program teams to align change initiatives with project goals
