CHANGE MANAGEMENT MANAGER

Scope:

  • Change Management Manager to oversee and manage change processes related to the migration of in-scope Applications, ensuring minimal disruption and effective communication across stakeholders.

  • Define and implement the change management strategy aligned with the overall migration journey.

  • Coordinate with the Resident Architect and Engagement Manager to assess technical and program change impacts.

  • Facilitate the Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and approvals for changes during the migration.

  • Provide communication and training support related to upcoming changes.

Qualifications:

  • Solid experience in change management within large-scale IT or cloud migration projects

  • Strong ability to develop and implement change management strategies to support smooth transitions

  • Skilled in stakeholder communication, training delivery, and impact assessment

  • Experience facilitating Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and managing approvals

  • Proven collaboration with technical and program teams to align change initiatives with project goals
