E2E Developer

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Development of new E2E objects and enhancements which will require analysis, coding, planning, design and deployment of these objects.

2. Development Effort Estimation. Review and analysis of requirements. Provide or raise clarifications when needed.

3. Unit Acceptance Testing and Technical Documentation - This means that the Service Provider shall;

i) Create technical documents based on the effort estimate and prescribed deadline by the Client Lead.

The name of the Client Lead shall be communicated by the Client at the start of the Project

ii) Provide complete documentation (BTP, Unit Test, and Code Review Checklist) with only minor revisions based on the review provided by the Client Project Manager or any Personnel from the Client Project Team.

4. Database design and development for E2E interfaces and it's User Interface (UI)/Front-end.

5. Development of objects using Web tools prescribed by Client that are related and connected to E2E programs and databases

6. Update of Project tracking tools Azure DevOps and eZSupport/FreshService.

7. Provide SIT support, Client SIT, UAT support and Go-Live and/or Hypercare support

8. Provide Code Review checklist

9. Provide Unit Acceptance Testing and Technical Documentation

10. Daily Update of Production Deployment Control file - This means that the Service Provider shall update daily other technical documentation related to development such as production control file, service inventory and other documents as necessary;

11. Daily Update of Program code repository SVN (Apache Subversion) Tortoise - This means that Service Provider shall update daily other technical documentation related to Development such as production control file, service inventory and other documents as necessary;

12. Daily Update of Request to Point to ECP (Easy Cost Planning) tracker in the SharePoint

13. Provide daily reporting and other documents related to E2E Development as prescribed by Client E2E Team

Qualification:

  • Experienced in E2E development, from analysis to deployment.

  • Skilled in effort estimation, unit testing, and technical documentation.

  • Proficient in database design, UI integration, and web tools.

  • Familiar with Azure DevOps, SVN, SharePoint, and project tracking.

  • Provides strong SIT, UAT, Go-Live, and daily reporting support.
