ENGAGEMENT MANAGEMENT

Scope:

  • AWS ProServe Engagement Manager to execute technical program governance over the migration journey for in-scope Applications

  • Establish the governance framework and escalation paths that the project teams will operate in

  • Work with Customer Project Manager to align on migration governance and project execution

  • Work with the Project Managers of Customer's vendors to establish close collaboration for the migration of the in-scope

  • Customer Dependency

  • Assign Customer Project Manager

  • Assign Vendor Project Manager for integration and program governance alignment

  • Act as escalation point and decision maker for project governance conflicts and related matters

Qualifications:

  • Strong experience in program or project management, preferably in cloud migration or technical programs

  • Expertise in establishing and leading governance frameworks and escalation protocols

  • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including customer and vendor project managers

  • Skilled in managing complex project execution and resolving governance-related conflicts

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making capabilities in high-stakes environments
