IT Business analyst/Quality Assurance
1. Business Analysis Services including but not limited to perform requirements gathering and analysis as well as coordination of solution design, testing of enhancement request and implementation with development team, assist in providing clarifications during development and unit testing, updating mapping sheets and other documentation such as preparation of all required documentation and endorse all related objects for Production deployment to the Development team.
2. Coordinate and lead the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with the Client including follow-up, issue handling and secure the UAT sign-off from the Client.
3. Coordinate with Client and act as point person or main POC for Technology Team during Hypercare Support-related activities.
4. Testing Services including but not limited to accomplishing System Integration Testing (SIT), create test data and/or test transactions to be used for baseline and SIT execution, execute baseline testing, and test cases with quality outputs and providing proof of test documentation.
Qualifications:
Skilled in requirements gathering, solution design coordination, and documentation.
Experienced in UAT and SIT execution, issue tracking, and securing client sign-offs.
Strong coordination and communication as main POC during Hypercare support.
Adept at preparing test cases, creating test data, and delivering high-quality testing outputs.
Experience in SAP SD/MM/EWM, and able to create end to end transactions.
Experience in report/Interface mapping using SAP standard tables or BAPI tables
Familiarity with Sales, Distribution, warehouse processes
Experience and knowledge in validating BOBJ/BW and SAP ABAP report
