Job summary:

• Manage multiple 3-party service providers to transition integration from SAP to Microsoft Dynamics, ensuring commitments are kept from a timeline, cost and scope perspective

• Lead and track the activities required to successfully roll out the infrastructure and devices to support the implementation of mobile direct to store delivery

• Manage, track and resolve issues and risks escalating directly to the vendors and management stakeholders for timely resolution and mitigation, respectively

• Create weekly report to present status of the required activities for management visibility and issue resolution

• Graduate of BS Information Technology/Computer Science or any tech courses (4 years) 5 years or more experience

Job Description:

• Ensure the technical alignment of all third-party applications to be integrated with ERP

• Drive improvements to third-party applications so that it can better integrate with a cloud-based ERP resulting to a more agile, digitally powered and data-driven organization. High Level Technologies involved are as follows (not-exhaustive): .NET, SQL, SAP, Outsystems (Platform as a service) or SAP Concur, SAP Successfactor, RAMCO (Payroll), Ivalua (Contract Management System

• Provide design inputs to Integration Lead to ensure robust connection for the third- party applications with AIS

• Lead the creation of detailed cut over activities for third party applications to support the phased-release approach

• Successfully transition responsibilities from Project to BAU resources to ensure disruptive-free operations

• Management of Application Development leveraging third-party resources using agile and waterfall methodologies (as Managed Services and Staff-augmentation arrangement)

• Integration solutions and architecture connecting web/mobile applications with ERP

• Service Introduction (Transitioning service from projects team to operations team)
