Project Manager (Supply Chain)

Roles and Responsibilities

Project Planning and Execution

  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, resources, and risk management strategies, ensuring alignment with business goals, data quality, and integrity, while providing regular updates and mitigating issues.

  • Ensure alignment with business goals, data quality standards, and technical requirements.

Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination

  • Facilitate vendor alignment regular stakeholder meetings and ensure timely communication of project progress, risks, and decisions.

  • Coordinate with vendors and conduct performance analysis to ensure transparency and alignment with project goals.

Project Delivery & Oversight

  • Oversee the delivery of solutions, ensuring they meet business needs, technical specifications, and quality standards.

  • Oversee the development, deployment, and delivery of assigned projects, such as but not limited to application-related and business solutions.

Risk & Issue Management

  • Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to minimize delays and disruptions.

  • Provide timely resolution of issues and escalate when necessary.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Provide regular project updates, including status reports, risk assessments, issue resolutions, and overall project performance.

  • Ensure proper documentation of projects adhering to PMO process and standards, but not limited to project charter, project Management plan, and other relevant documentation.

Quality & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with quality standards, project deliverables and external regulatory requirements.

  • Monitor project deliverables to ensure they meet agreed-upon quality benchmarks.

  • Ensure successful project delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field

  • 5+ years of experience in project management. Preferably with a background in business analysis.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

  • Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Excel, Visio, JIRA, Confluence, and project management software

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies

  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2,etc.)

  • Experience in consulting or cross-functional project environments

  • Experience with Supply Chain projects
