The Sales Lead’s primary responsibilities is to support the success of the sales team.  The Sales Lead is also responsible in closing complex deals and must have a strong background in solution selling. 

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • ·       Achieve/exceed sales team quota

    ·       Responsible in leading and building the sales team

    ·       Define and creates strategies and respond to market needs

    ·       Monitor and take necessary measures to ensure adequate pipeline of opportunities and demand generation for sustainable growth

    ·       Ensure a clear and attractive ROI impact for each proposal

    ·       Drives the sales team towards market penetration and customer satisfaction to achieve annual sales target

    ·       Facilitates individual growth and development of the Sales Team

Qualifications:

·       10+ years relevant work experience, strong background in solution selling

·       Experience in leading a sales team

·       Demonstrated success in a fast-paced and competitive market

·       Demonstrated success in negotiating complex deals

·       A hunter mentality

·       Deep understanding and experience in ERP systems and relevant applications

·       Must be self-motivated and self-driven

·       Team player and competitive by nature

·       With a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail
