Senior BA/Project Lead

Specific Duties and Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Coordination with the 3rd Party Loyalty System 

  • Project requirements scoping (High Level) 

  • Monitor operational items such as an incident ticket, service request, and change request with SLA Matrix 

  • Handles Project SharePoint for the repository, access, and foldering. 

  • Created the templates for the documents (BRD, TRD, Test Scripts, and Project Status Report) 

  • Created Project documentation (Functional and Operational), Change request document, and UAT document. 

  • Understanding the Contract Agreement with Managed Service Providers 

  • L1 & L2 support (being SME) 

  • Create the presentation material for SteerComm Meeting 

  • Assist the Business coordination and tracking of the timeline 

  • Create Tickets on Issues and coordinate with the Solution Architect (internal/vendor) 

  • Product Owner and using Contract SOW as a basis 

  • Weekly cadences together with the PMs, thrice a week with the MSP, and once a month with SteerComm 

Technical Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.  

  • At least 5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Ownership, Project Coordination, or a related role.  

  • Strong experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, documentation, and stakeholder management.  

  • Experience working with third-party vendors, Managed Service Providers (MSPs), and cross-functional teams.  

  • Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and SDLC methodologies.  

  • Experience in Incident, Service Request, Change Request, and SLA management.  

  • Proficient in SharePoint, Microsoft Office Suite, and project/ticket management tools.  

  • Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
